About the Role

The Marketing and Communications Manager will manage and drive all marketing initiatives, both internal and external, across multiple platforms and formats to drive leads, sales, engagement and retention.

 

As the Marketing and Communications Manager, you will grow the awareness of Jumbla in the eyes of potential and existing customers.  The end result of this activity will be increased leads, resulting in increased sales for the company. This includes reviewing existing marketing techniques and processes, and activating new techniques – always with the aim of demonstrating quantifiable results.

 

You will build Jumbla services awareness – including our innovative Jumbla Academy offering – from the existing channels and ideas, and help to develop new engagement based on your experience. You must possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy; a big-picture vision, and the operational experience to make that vision a reality.

 

About You

  • 3+ years’ experience in a B2B Marketing & Communications Manager role
  • Industry experience in a B2B creative industry (design, video production, ad agencies, VFX, animation, post production, etc) is favourable but not critical
  • Proven experience in planning, implementing and measuring marketing campaigns
  • Specialist knowledge and experience across various marketing techniques: PR, digital marketing, social, search marketing, relationship marketing, direct, EDM and content marketing
