Holmesglen Institute of Tafe is one of the largest providers of vocational and higher education in Victoria, who now support over 50,000 students over 600 different courses. With the introduction of various higher education courses over the past years, Holmesglen is now the only institute in Australia offering upper secondary, vocational and higher education.
To support this and help position Holmesglen as the most reputable applied learning tertiary education institution, Holmesglen has partnered with Fuel Agency on an all new IMC campaign. The new campaign aims to drive enrolment rates for the new year.
Jumbla was honoured to work alongside Newmac media in the creation of the 30s TVC for Holmesglen. View the spot here:
The ad was shot on location at one of the Holmesglen campuses in a very simple but effective way. Jumbla animated the illustrations on the back wall to bring all of the different skills together. Our expert animator, Frankie Lee had this to say about the project, “I had to reveal the illustrations in an interesting and organic way. Trying to make them as tactile hand made as possible. To do this, I layered up different illustrations offsetting them positionally through time and staggered the reveals to build an interesting composition.”
Giving life to the illustrations clearly demonstrates the various skills that you can learn at Holmesglen from construction, to teaching, to flying and more! The subtle animations paired with the simple ad creation drives a very clear message home – learn more, do more at Holmesglen.
The campaign will be rolled out across Television, billboard, cinema and web over the coming weeks.
In conjunction with this, they are running a social media campaign to find the ‘Face of Holmesglen’ across their Facebook and Twitter.
